Does the person who finds my pet need an app to scan?
No app at all. Any modern smartphone (iPhone or Android) can scan a QR code directly from the default camera app. They just point their camera at the code and a notification appears — one tap and they're on your contact page.
What if I move or change my phone number?
Simply log in to your account on our website, go to your profile, and submit a change request using the Request QR Code Update button. We'll update your profile within the same business day — your physical product stays exactly the same.
Is my personal data safe?
Your data is only accessible when the QR code is physically scanned. It's not indexed by search engines and never shared with third parties. You can choose to include only the information you're comfortable sharing — address is always optional.
Can I use one tag for multiple pets?
Each product has its own unique QR code linked to one pet's profile. If you have multiple pets, we recommend getting one item per pet so the contact page shows the correct name and info when scanned.
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your order, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
