Log in to your account, go to your orders, and click "Request QR Code Update" next to the relevant order. If you need more information or have any questions, don't hesitate to use our contact form — we're happy to help.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

What's your return policy?
