At QR NATION, your satisfaction matters to us. Our Return Policy is designed to be transparent,
fair, and aligned with the nature of our personalized products.


Returns & Exchanges :
We accept returns only in the following case:
- The item has a manufacturing defect or a printing error caused by us.

To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by clear photos showing the issue.
- Once your return is approved, you may receive : a replacement of the same item, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items :
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following :
- Items with custom QR codes or personalized text, unless the error was on our side.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item.
